AUB Policies
  • Welcome to AUB’s Policies and Procedures Website

    ​​​​​This website serves as a central platform for current, official university-wide policies adopted by officers of the University and approved by President and the Board of Trustees. It also serves as a repository of all procedures adopted by business units in implementation of such policies.

     

    AUB policies are enforceable courses of action or conduct designed by university officers to set direction, guide and influence decision-making. They are implemented through procedures adopted at the level of business units. It is the responsibility of all members of the community to be aware of policies and comply with them.

     

    AUB reserves the right to amend or revoke its policies and procedures at any time. In the case of a conflict between a university policy and any other university operational document (such as handbooks, catalogues, guidelines, or protocols), the university policy shall supersede.

     

    The Office of Compliance​​ oversees policies development, amendment, revocation and approval. It also handles policy publication and communication; identifies the need for awareness and training; assigns implementation offices; and monitors compliance with policies and procedures.
