WAAAUB SHARP Chapter, a new milestone in strengthening ties among our SHARP graduates. All alumni who have earned an MS degree in SHARP and AUB graduates who have earned a SHARP diploma are eligible to join the WAAAUB SHARP Alumni Chapter. The establishment of this chapter would not have been possible without the leadership and dedication of Dr. Ghada El-Hajj Fuleihan, whose efforts were instrumental in its formation.
The Scholars in HeAlth Research Program (SHARP), launched in 2013 with funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and strong institutional support from AUB, is an interfaculty graduate academic program, between the Faculty of Medicine (FM) and Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS). SHARP aims to expand capacity building of health professionals conducting patient and population-oriented research, to advance the agenda of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in Lebanon and the region.
Mission
