Records Management

​​​​​​​​​The Records Management Unit is responsible for updating and maintaining the Advancement database that includes various constituencies, primarily alumni and friends. This unit collects, verifies, and maintains information on alumni, donors, the President's Christmas list, Commencement special guests, faculty and staff list, graduates list, prominent alumni list, and lists of alumni chapters. Its primary responsibilities are to provide the Office of Advancement Services with updated contact information for donors and alumni; supply the Office of Advancement with news on donors and alumni; assist alumni in applying for Alumni ID cards; and help and students complete the clearance procedure.
