Welcome to the Office of Advancement Services!
Who we are? We are Prospect Research and Management, Donations Management, Records Management, Information Systems, Stewardship and Donor Relations, Compliance, Special Events and Protocol, and the Visitors Bureau.
Our office is involved in all Advancement initiatives – from the very beginning and for as long as is needed. We make sure that things are done well, that proper rules and procedures are followed, and that everything is documented as it should be.
We work especially closely with colleagues in Beirut and North America in the Alumni Relations, Development, and Business Development Offices and AUB’s Neighborhood Initiative – and also with colleagues throughout the university in, for example, the Offices of Financial Aid, Admissions, the Registrar, the Comptroller, Information Technology, Communications, and at each of AUB’s seven faculties.
The Office of Advancement Services is also responsible for university events on campus, manages the Visitors Bureau, supports donors, and processes ID cards for AUB alumni.
We work diligently and conscientiously – often behind the scenes – to support our colleagues and our worldwide community of alumni and friends.
