Dear AUB Community,
It gives me great pleasure to announce the awardees of this year's AUB Teaching Excellence Award and AUB Innovation in Teaching with Technology Award.
The AUB Teaching Excellence Award Committee has voted to present this year's award to Dr. Bana Bashour, Associate Professor of Philosophy at the Department of Philosophy in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and to Dr. Angela Massouh, Assistant Professor of Nursing in the Hariri School of Nursing.
The AUB Innovation in Teaching with Technology Award Committee has voted to present this year's award to Dr. Kirsten Scheid, Associate Professor of Anthropology at the Department of Sociology, Anthropology, and Media Studies in the Faculty of Arts and Sciences.
The awardees competed against extremely strong pools of candidates, and I would like to take this opportunity to recognize all the candidates for their remarkable achievements and commitment to student learning and success.
