Deloitte Technology Fast 50 – Middle East & Cyprus (5th Edition) report, marking a significant recognition of its growing impact on the region's innovation ecosystem.
Now in its fifth year, the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program celebrates high-growth technology companies and ecosystem enablers that are driving transformation across the Middle East and Cyprus. This year's edition highlights a rapidly evolving landscape, with over 200 applications and an average company growth rate exceeding 12,600 percent, reflecting the region's accelerating pace of innovation and entrepreneurship.
Zein AUB iPark's inclusion in the Spotlight section underscores its role as a key catalyst for entrepreneurship. Since its launch in 2019, iPark has supported more than 70 startups, through a structured journey—from idea validation to
growth—iPark provides startups with mentorship, funding access, and connections to a global network of experts, investors, and partners.
Strategically based in Beirut Digital District, with an extended presence in Cyprus through AUB Mediterraneo, iPark bridges local talent with international opportunities, enabling startups to scale beyond borders and access European markets.
This recognition reflects iPark's continued commitment to fostering innovation, supporting entrepreneurs, and strengthening the startup ecosystem in Lebanon and across the region.
