IDs that are lost/found should be reported to the Protection Office at extension 2400 and/or the ID center.
Stolen ID: A theft report, validated by the Protection Office, should be submitted to the Office of the Registrar for students and to the Human Resources for faculty and staff. The new ID will be issued or clearance will be processed after submitting the obtained documentation to the ID Center.
Lost ID: The student should notify the Office of the Registrar. Faculty and staff should notify the Office of Human Resources. A fee of 17$ has to be paid to the Cashier' Office before issuing a new ID or processing clearance at the ID Center.
Alumni losing their ID should report the loss/theft to the Advancement Records Management Office in College Hall, 3rd floor.
