Easter Secrets was a fun childrens event conducted by Professor Monika Fabian and occuring on April 24, 4-6PM. Faculty and Staff and all interested in spending time with their kids were invited on an Easter hunt. Different from the previous year, this was a chocolate egg hunt involving trees as prize landmarks, where kids were encouraged to find the tree based on previous clues, search for chocolate eggs bellow the tree and for the next clue. They were given more chocolate and a flower pot afterwards and asked to fill a small quiz to challenge their memories. The families were divided into 3 groups, the red team and blue team, each with different routes.
10 families signed up, with a total of 34 people including the children. The event was regarded as very fun and rewarding to the children, as they found lots of chocolate eggs and learned about plants in the process.
