The workshop will present recent advances in the mathematical modeling and analysis of challenging problems arising from the biomedical sciences, covering in particular state-of-the-art numerical algorithms for their simulation. A hoped-for outcome of this meeting is to bring together mathematicians, biologists and researchers in the medical sciences with the possibility of building new connections or working on projects of common interest. Anyone with an interest in mathematical modeling for applications in life sciences is highly encouraged to attend.
The meeting is planned in a hybrid mode with a line-up of plenary speakers, and contributed presentations.
