Effective Leadership
Participants will be introduced to the Leadership Program from concept to application on how to develop leadership competencies to ensure success. The program is expected to enhance people' abilities and skills to better assume their roles and professional responsibilities in effectively leading people and organizations within available resources. The program will also highlight the value of communication and public speaking as well as the leadership gaps in current leaders and how to assess their personalities using different tools and techniques.
Goal Setting and Conflict Management for Team Leaders
This training offers some invaluable information about goal settings and managing conflict effectively. The world is full of prospects and opportunities, but it takes people some time to make their future better, more exciting and promising. In today's fast growing business environment, people find it difficult to envision their long-term goals and what motivates them to achieve their targets and meet top management overall expectations. In addition, they are so much preoccupied with implementing their business plans within available resources. Leadership Management for Managers and Supervisors
This training offers some valued information about effective leadership, management, and performance management. It will address the three topics from concept to application along with all key issues and various challenges faced by leaders and managers in the 21st century. The training will also tackle the internal and external factors that affect the overall business operations. In addition, it will help participants gain better insights and visibility about managing strategically the company's resources and promoting organizational effectiveness to ensure better performance and results. Accordingly, some tips and advice will be shared with all participants based on best practice and real-world situations.
PMP® Exam Preparation
This PMP® Exam Preparation course is a 35-contact hour learning experience in which participants will acquire a deeper understanding of Project Management based on the latest Seventh Edition of the PMI's PMBOK(R) Guide. It is designed in such a way as to maximize learning, understanding, and application of theoretical concepts in various project management situations replicating the certification exam type of questions.
Monitoring and Evaluation
This training will provide participants with an overview of the M&E concepts and methodologies. They will learn how to define a project theory of change and logical model, select and define key indicators, and develop M&E Strategy, M&E Plan, and core M&E Tools. Participants will also be introduced to key considerations for evaluation, accountability, and learning.
Budgeting and Financial Reporting
This training will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the budget preparation process for proposals, including needs assessment, cost estimation, and budget narrative development. Participants will be equipped with practical strategies and techniques for effective budget management during the post-award phase, including financial monitoring, variance analysis, and cost control measures. The training will also enhance participants' understanding of preparing financial reports to funders, ensuring transparency and compliance.

Behavior Modification in Special Education
Participants will gain practical skills in behavior modification strategies, including reinforcement, extinction, shaping, chaining and others. They will learn how to apply these techniques to manage challenging behaviors effectively, encourage positive behavior, and support both typical children and those with special educational needs in achieving developmental milestones.
Languages
Arabic Language Proficiency Foundation Program
This 120-hour program helps students develop a solid language foundation in Lebanese colloquial and Modern Standard Arabic (MSA). It focuses on building a strong foundation in Arabic grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structures, and on differentiating between formal and spoken Arabic, recognizing both registers, and using cultural expressions in the Lebanese variety of spoken Arabic.
Arabic Language Program for Diplomats
This program aims to provide participants with the necessary language skills and cultural knowledge to effectively communicate in Arabic and develop Intercultural Communicative Competency (ICC). The program will offer a comprehensive and practical approach to language learning.
The program is composed of four parts: a language component (120 hours), Public Speech and Presentation Skills course (30 hours), Intercultural Communication Skills course (30 hours), and Negotiation Skills for Diplomats course (30 hours).
