The STREAM into College Summer Program targets Grade 10 and 11 students to help them prepare for the transition to college life.

This 4-week summer program, developed in partnership with Amalouna and SetOut, allows high school students to conduct meaningful research ,  prepare for the New Digital SAT, learn how to write their college essays, get college and career guidance, and hone their soft skills.

Target Audience: Students and parents of Grade 10 & 11 (Classes of 2025 and 2026)  

Are you excited about scientific research and would like to get an authentic hands-on research experience at one of the top laboratories in the region? STREAM into College (SIC) is a one-month summer program which provides you with this and more! Join SIC 2024 this July to explore career paths in STEM and get a taste of college life at the American University of Beirut. This is an opportunity to gain new research knowledge and skills in the laboratory and beyond, receive mentorship, career guidance and college counseling, and make new connections! You will also prepare for college admissions through an SAT training course and sharpen your soft skills!​​

Kindly note that we have extended the deadline for the application to May 7, 2024 and we are organizing two info sessions, the details of which are listed below.

Online Session (though WebEx):

Day: Thursday, April 25, 2024

Time: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

​In-person Session:

Day: Monday, April 29, 2024

Time: 6:00 - 7:00 PM

Location: AUB (Venue will be communicated upon sign-up.)
