We aspire to conduct pioneering research that is sensitive to the needs and aspirations of women in the Arab MENA region. We adopt a multi-disciplinary approach that is rooted in the business and management disciplines that advances knowledge about women in business and leadership, and promote their wellbeing and career advancement.
Education on Women’s Issues
In line with the Suliman S. Olayan School of Business vision, we aim to develop educational curricula that help promote knowledge and awareness about women’s careers and wellbeing to various audiences at the undergraduate and graduate levels in addition to practitioners and executive managers.
Championing for Women’s Causes
We envision ourselves as advocates of women societal development in the Arab MENA region and beyond. We engage with academicians, legislators, advocacy groups, NGOS, and community leaders towards achieving that end.
Professional and Educational Development Programs
We organize workshops, seminars, and training sessions focused on enhancing managerial tactics, leadership development, and soft skills specifically tailored for women.
Mentorship and Networking
We facilitate mentorship programs that pair experienced professionals with women seeking guidance and support in their careers. Additionally, organize networking events that connect women across various industries and professions.
