How do you get the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine?
1) Register on the COVAX MOPH platform (https://covax.moph.gov.lb/impactmobile/vaccine) in order for you to be able to take the vaccine. You will be asked to show the SMS (text message) that you will receive from the COVAX MOPH indicating your effective registration.
2) Visit the AUBMC vaccination center (ACC building) as walk-in from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm - Be ready to show the following:

How do you get the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine?
You should receive your second dose between 21 and 42 days after the first dose.
1) Follow the campaign updates on this website, email, and on the official AUB social media pages to learn when the next vaccination drive will take place.
2) Once you receive an automatic text message from the COVAX MOPH platform, you will receive another text message from the AUBMC Immunization center indicating when you can pass by and take the second shot.
3) Visit the AUBMC vaccination center (ACC building) on the day and time indicated in the invitation to get a jab

*Dependents (parents, grandparents, partners, siblings, children (above the age of 5), son-in-law, sister-in-law, etc., and domestic workers living with AUB staff and faculty members or parents, grandparents, and siblings of all AUB Students): Please be accompanied by your AUB faculty, staff, student member to prove your identity.
How do you get the third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine?
Based on the decision of the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, AUB is providing booster shots (third dose) for the following groups of individuals anytime as walk-in from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 2:00 pm:
- Anyone who is 12 years and above (including AUB staff and faculty) and has received their second vaccine dose four months ago and did not test positive for COVID-19 after that date (ID, passport or driving license is required).
- All AUBMC faculty and staff who have received their second vaccine dose four months ago and did not test positive for COVID-19 after that date.
Have you sent your immunization certificate?
If you have received an immunization certificate, please send your certificate (e.g., COVAX MOPH, EU “Green Pass", QR code scan in PDF or image) to vaxwg@aub.edu.lb, so that you could be granted access to campus. Please also email your certificate with the three doses to the same email as soon as you take the third shot.
Have you got a recent COVID-19 infection?
If you got infected with COVID-19 you should take your missed vaccination as soon as feel better.
Have you medical conditions preventing you from taking the vaccine?
If your healthcare provider has recommended not to take the vaccine, please submit this documentation to vaxwg@aub.edu.lb, so that you could be granted access to campus.
