“AUBe Vaccinated” Campaign is an initiative coordinated by the Vaccination Working Group (VAX-WG). The group was established in early June 2021 and includes faculty, staff, and student representatives who work together to develop and undertake the AUB's vaccination drive.
Here you will find campaign updates and useful resources about the
Pfizer-BioNTech and the Moderna (Spikevax) vaccines, the
vaccination process, and the campaign
strategy.
Vaccines are an essential tool to reduce the risk of contracting the virus or developing serious consequences, especially with new COVID-19 variants appearing in the world.
The AUBe Vaccinated Campaign is providing booster shots (third and fourth dose) for anyone aged 12 years and above, as well as primary series (first and second dose) for anyone aged 5 years and above, through walk-in (ID, passport or driving license is required).
The AUBMC Immunization Center is open from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday in ACC building.
To reduce the risk of contracting the virus, multiple interventions are needed. We invite our community to continue practicing physical distancing, wearing a mask, performing thorough hand hygiene, before and after your vaccination - as you may carry and transmit COVID -19 even if you are prevented from becoming ill yourself.
