“AUBe Vaccinated” Campaign is an initiative coordinated by the Vaccination Working Group (VAX-WG). The group was established in early June 2021 and includes faculty, staff, and student representatives who work together to develop and undertake the AUB's vaccination drive.
Here you will find campaign updates and useful resources about the
Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, the
vaccination process, and the campaign
Vaccines are an essential tool to reduce the risk of contracting the virus or developing serious consequences, especially with new COVID-19 variants appearing in the world.
If you want to get vaccinated, book an appointment
at the AUBMC Immunization Center using one of the links below.
AUB faculty, staff, student, or dependent (e.g., spouse, partner, children aged 12-15 years, siblings, parents, domestic workers living in the same household) use this link: bit.ly/AUBeVaccinated
If you belong to any of the following cateogories, use this link: bit.ly/AUBeVext
- Domestic workers (Residency Permit is required for foreign workers)
- Individuals with disabilities and special needs (above the age of 16)
- Taxi drivers and public transport drivers (Public Driving License)
- School students between age 16 and 18 years
- Adults of age 48 years and above
To reduce the risk of contracting the virus, multiple interventions are needed. We invite our community to continue practicing physical distancing, wearing a mask, performing thorough hand hygiene, before and after your vaccination - as you may carry and transmit COVID -19 even if you are prevented from becoming ill yourself.
