LEAF skilled and trained staff come from different disciplines including Food Packaging, Environment studies, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry and Medical laboratory. The staff undertakes continuous up-to-date training in environmental and analytical issues pertaining to the LEAF analytical services.
Training, competency assessments and performance appraisal are part of personnel records.
LEAF staff also undergo a mandatory departmental safety training program on yearly basis.
LEAF staff follow standard operating procedures and analytical results are verified by the supervisor and technical director.
