Our Structure

To fund the society, the cabinet usually counts on the sales it does, the parking day and the outdoors game.

Part of the society’s duties as well is to care about the students’ life, by making sure to listen to the demands of the students, and to provide them with the needed facilities, in collaboration and agreement with the department.

The society is formed of a cabinet and members. The cabinet includes the president, the vice president, the secretary, the treasurer, the PR, the member at large and 4 class representatives for each of the 4 years.

To be part of the society, one can either be a real member in the cabinet or a member in the society. Society’s cabinets are elected every year during the Fall semester. The election process follows AUB societies’ bylaws.

To be a member in the society, students must register using the online system through AUBsis and membership fees will be added to the tuition. However, one can only become a member in the cabinet if s/he is registered officially on AUBsis as a member in the society.

The society’s members and the cabinet hold general meetings to prepare and organize the activities, which require a prior approval from the office of Student Affairs.
