LDEM students Install Drip Irrigation Systems for Potted Plants

As part of the LDEM 231 core course (Sustainable Water Management Techniques) which was taught during the summer term 2019-2020, 2nd year landscape architecture students engaged in hands-on training installing drip irrigation systems for potted plants and long basins at Reynolds Hall.

During this workshop, students learned about some of the difficulties that could be faced in such systems and ways to solve them on the spot. The course was co-taught by Dr. Sandra Yanni (from the AGRI department) and Dr. Beata Dreksler (from the LDEM Department). This activity was supervised by Dr. Yanni.
