Souk Aal Souk Farmers’ Market, Fall edition

​​ESDU organized its monthly Souk Aal Souk Farmers’ Market in partnership with the Food Heritage Foundation on October 11. Local farmers and food producers gathered to offer AUB students, university staff, and visitors healthy options for breakfast and lunch, as well as mouneh and handcrafts. The Fall Souk hosted Al-Ghad TV, which interviewed ESDU’s executive officer Mabelle Chedid, the food producers, and the students visiting the market.​ ​Check the video here.
