ESDU future collaborations

An eventful March at ESDU included several fruitful meetings that resulted in exciting plans for future collaborations. The ESDU team met with members of the National Commission for Lebanese Women (NCLW) to explore collaboration to empower rural women through capacity building in agriculture and food processing.

The team also explored opportunities for collaboration with Marc Aoun of Compost Baladi SAL (which specializes waste management products and services), the international Cooperation Agency of the Association of Netherlands Municipalities (VNG), and with Tania Kassis, internationally acclaimed Lebanese singer. Not less, important academic meetings took place with visitors from the Bush School of Government and Public Service (Texas A&M University) and the Maastricht School of Management (MSM).
