February Souk Aal Souk visits AUB and ACS

​​ESDU, in partnership with the Food Heritage Foundation and FAFS, organized its monthly Souk Aal Souk – Farmers’ Market in the FAFS courtyard on February 21. The souk hosted local food producers, who offered students, university staff, and visitors many healthy choices for breakfast and lunch, plus mouneh and an assortment of handicrafts.


Souk Aal Souk was invited by the American Community School (ACS), Beirut, on February 7. ​The ACS school administration saw this as an opportunity to promote healthy, traditional food to their students while helping to connect them with local food producers.
