Intercultural Communication in the Global Class

In collaboration with San Antonio  College Eco Centro and the Alamo Colleges District, AUB participated in a workshop discussing Intercultural Communication in the Global Class, addressing globalization  and intercultural communication which the impact of globalization communication on education and global education in the E-learning context (November 18)​. 


Faculty explored how to leverage technology to create a globalized classroom without crossing borders. In this professional development training session, faculty had the opportunity to explore all aspects of globalization and its impacts on secondary education. This interactive training session allowed faculty to unpack what globalization means for college students and the importance and benefits of facilitating a globalized classroom. The attendees gained insight on how to leverage technology to create a globalized classroom without crossing borders.​​
