ESDU-FAFS again collaborated with the Food Heritage Foundation to organize their monthly Souk aal Souk – Farmers’ Market in the FAFS courtyard (March 21).
In celebration of Mother’s Day, the March souk offered handmade gifts, calligraphy writing, frame for selfies, and molasses making. All this in addition to the ‘usual’ delicious and healthy cookies, mouneh, saj, and more. Souk aal Souk continues to provide a platform for local producers, offering them opportunities to enhance their livelihoods.
