The “Innovation System Networks for Agricultural Development based on Gender Inclusion and Eco-Entrepreneurship" project) training sessions kicked off. ESDU began sessions in Haouch Al Nabi about sustainable agriculture and figs. In Deir El Ahmar sessions were offered by The Lebanese League for Women in Business (LLWB) on business development. Each group included around 15 participants of which 80 percent were women. These sessions are designed to build the capacities of beneficiaries and support and promote the local food system.
