Food Security program presents its research at 4th Int’l Global Food Security Conference

​​​A team of researchers from the Food Security Program presented its research at the 4th International Conference on Global Food Security, held digitally December 7-9. 

An oral presentation, Food Access and Supermarketization: a Comparative Analysis of Lebanese Food Retailers' Product Assortment and Pricing, explored food retail transformation and its implications for food security with a focus on economic access to food. 

Rachel Bahn (Coordinator, Food Security Program) presented on behalf of a team that includes Abed Al Kareem Yehya (Research Assistant, Food Security Program), Walid Mukahhal (MS, Food Security, 2020), and Zahraa Khalil (MS, Food Security, 2020).
