In its latest initiative DAWWERA, ESDU participated in the launch workshop of the Sharing Municipalities project in Ain Rihane - Keserwan The project aims at supporting municipalities in addressing environmentally pressing challenges and encouraging solid waste management through the circular economy principles. Sharing Municipalities was initiated and implemented by our colleague Cynthia Kreidy (project coordinator at ESDU) along with other 3 young women from Keserwan under the program of MakeSense Lebanon.
The project is supported by the French Institute in Lebanon and DRI organization, in partnership with ESDU and the municipalities of Ain el Rihane, Aintoura, Daroun and Jeita.
