During the holy month of Ramadan, ESDU continued its mission of helping those in need through the Ardi Ardak National Food Security Initiative and the Akleh community kitchen. 150 mouneh boxes, filled with food products from small-scale Lebanese producers, were distributed to vulnerable families across Lebanon and elderly people at Dar Al Mousenin in West Bekaa.
Seed and seedlings boxes were distributed to farmers in the Chouf region. Akleh Community Kitchen cooked and distributed 50 Iftar meals per day to people in need.
