Dima Rachid, currently a part-time lecturer at LDEM, was selected to serve as one of the five jury members at the World Landscape Architecture (WLA) Awards 2021 (Student awards section).
The annual international landscape architecture awards event recognizes professionals and students in the field, honors landscape architects for outstanding work, and promotes the profession globally. The awards provide landscape architects and designers from all countries with the opportunity to be recognized on the world stage by their profession. Winners are usually announced in May.
Ms. Rachid, and LDEM alumnus (2010) with an MLA degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Design (2015), is also founding partner at studiolibani (a practice in landscape architecture and urbanism).
