Dr. Rami Zurayk, Professor and Director of the Food Security Program at FAFS, was featured (November 1st) with Jive Talking during a pre-recorded podcast entitled “Rami Zurayk on Arabic food security and sustainability" and published online on Sound Cloud.
Given his interesting long experience with the Arab food systems, Dr. Zurayk described, to his interviewer David Zetland, the historical and current situation and vulnerabilities of Arab Food Security since the Ottoman Empire until 2021.
