Cynthia Kreidy, project coordinator at ESDU, participated in the 3rd Union for Mediterranean Working Group on Environment and Climate Action (5 - 9 February).
Together with Dr. Mercè Boy Roura from UVIC (Universitat De Vic, Universitat Central De Catalunya), they presented the Med4Waste project and the DAWWERA initiative and discussed the waste management case studies, problems, and solutions.
The meeting grouped more than 100 participants including officials from relevant ministries of Mediterranean countries, other EU member states, the EU commission, and donor countries.
