Mohamad G. Abiad at the Roundtable on Food Security and Food Interdependence

Dr. Mohamad G. Abiad, Professor at the Department of Nutrition and Food Sciences and Director of LEAF, shared his expert views on emerging matters at the roundtable discussion organized by the Executive Magazine in partnership with Konard Adenauer Stiftung. The discussion centered on Food Security and Food Interdependence and on the development of the pillars of food security in Lebanon.

Dr. Abiad discussed the connection between food waste, food loss, and food security during the current challenges Lebanon is facing.
