Policy on Assessment of Prior Learning Professional Competence

​​​​Faculty of professorial rank and preceptors of the BSc in Nutrition and Dietetics Coordinated Program (NDCP-BSc) at AUB with documented extensive learning and professional practice in the field of Dietetics may wish to be considered for Assessment of Prior Learning/ Professional Competence. Candidates must successfully fulfill the academic and professional/practicum requirements of the Nutrition and Dietetics Coordinated Program (NDCP-BSc), as well as the Accreditation Council on Education for Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) competencies (2022), to receive a Verification Statement and subsequent eligibility to sit for the US Registration Examination for Dietitians (RD Exam).
