The purpose of the KAS CRSL​ is to act as a platform to support the ambitions of the American University of Beirut. We provide state-of-the-art facilities, training, and services in a user-facility environment that enables our resea​rchers to work in a safe and efficient manner. By sharin​g res​ources across AUB, we are able to diversify our instrumentation, thus widening applications and promoting an environment for multidisciplinary research.

The KAS CRSL is a prominent feature of the interdisciplinary research ecosystem at AUB. As with all​ great facilities, it is the people that bring true and everlasting impact. Our facilities are impressive, but it is the people who run those facilities that foster a truly collaborative environment of excellence and innovation.​
