Yasmina Sabbah is a Music Instructor. She holds a Masters of Music in Choral Studies from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom.
Yasmina currently directs four choirs of different ages and levels. She recently started directing the Université Saint-Joseph choir and the Lebanese National Conservatory’s Children Choir. In parallel to her conducting carrier, she sings in several vocal ensembles and the AUB choir. Yasmina has also taught music in Lycée Abdel-Kader where she was a full time music teacher.
Her undergraduate degree in graphic design and love for art culminated in the writing of her final year thesis “Building an Aural Image for Music,” a study aimed at finding and establishing a visual and kinesthetic method as an effective solution to teaching children sight singing.
