Nazha Harb is a theatre practitioner and actress. She is a Computer Science AUB graduate and a Said Foundation alumnus with an MA in Applied Theatre from Goldsmiths University, London in 2015. Her thesis examines the role of Performance Art in forging communal identity and takes the religious ritual of Ashura as a case study.
Nazha’s current focus is theatre for development in prisons and works with Catharsis – The Lebanese Centre for Drama Therapy in Lebanese prisons.
She has performed with several Lebanese directors such as Lina Abyad, Munir Abou Debs, and Aliya Khalidi. Her most recent performance was Anbara, which was performed in Beirut and Tunis.
