Abstract & titles
In line with the research activities on material science, magnetism, spintronics, and plasma physics, the Department of Physics at the American University of Beirut is launching the “Physics seminar series” for the spring semester. This initiative aims to explore the interface between fundamental physics, engineering, and technology for the benefit of students and the broader community.
The series brings together inspiring speakers who, are addressing the state-of-the-art research in the fields of material science, magnetism, spintronics, and plasma physics. It will also highlight career pathways for physics, science, and engineering graduates in the realm of nanotechnology. The series kicks off on February 23 at 4 pm.
