The Humanities Department is offering ENGL 263: Tutoring Writing, a course designed and taught by the director or the assistant director for any student interested in tutoring in AUB's Writing Center in particular but also for all students who plan to tutor and/or teach in general.

As a Writing Center tutor, you will gain valuable teaching and teamwork experience; hone problem solving and interpersonal skills; and likely become better writers yourselves. And this course is designed to give you the tools to be able to work with any type of writer on any type of writing activity.

The class is helpful for any student who wants to teach because no matter what major or subject you want to teach, you will be expected to read and respond to your students' writing. Gain useful skills in this class for that future work!

For more information on the course, please contact Mr. Todd Campbell (tc18@aub.edu.lb).
