Prevalence of Key Forms of Violence Against Adolescents in the Arab Region: A Systematic Review

​​​​​Violence has been proved to contribute to short and long term negative mental and physical outcomes. With the international community recognizing violence against adolescents a public health problem, researchers from the Center for Research on Population and Health (CRPH) conducted a systematic review on "Prevalence of Key Forms of Violence Against Adolescents in the Arab Region."

This review provides a thorough summary of available evidence on violence against adolescents in the Arab region, and highlights important questions for further research. It also serves as an evidence base for policy and practice, and for tracking progress in the light of the Sustainable Development Goals.​
