Nursing Advancement Program (NAP)

The Nursing advancement Program (NAP) was developed to support registered nurses at AUBMC in advancing their clinical research knowledge. The program extends over 4 months and includes weekly seminar series, a number of training workshops and a research proposal.

Target Audience

Participants include registered nurses at AUBMC with:

Previous research experience
A Mexperiencegree
A minimum of 2 years of nursing experience at AUBMC

Objectives

To train registered nurses at AUBMC in clinical research with the ultimate aims of:

Supporting nurses in advancing their clinical research knowledge
Promoting the growth of the AUBMC clinical research community
