The Research Personnel Program (RPP) and the Post-Doctoral Program

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​It is a yearly program that includes bi-monthly seminar series, a number of training workshops, and an integrated project.

Target Audience

For the Research Personnel Program (RPP):

Research fellows (with an MD or Ph.D. degree) or research assistants/coordinators willing to commit for a one-year supervised research training, including two tracks: clinical research and basic sciences research.   


For the Post-doctoral Program:

Research fellows (with an MD or Ph.D. degree) willing to commit for a two-year supervised research training, including two tracks: clinical research and basic sciences research.    

Objectives

The aim of these two programs is to support research fellows and research assistants/coordinators at AUBMC in developing research skills and competencies that allow them to advance their research careers.

These series are delivered in 3 repetitive cycles throughout the academic year. The summer cycle (July-September) consists of bi-weekly sessions. The fall (October-March) and the spring (March-April) cycles consist of weekly sessions.
