The Research Personnel Program (RPP) and the Post-Doctoral Program

​​​​​​​​​It is a yearly program that includes bimonthly seminar series, a number of training workshops and an integrated project.

Target Audience

For the Research Personnel Program (RPP):

Research fellows (with an MD or PhD degree) or research assistants/coordinators willing to commit for a one-year supervised research training, including two tracks: clinical research and basic sciences research   


For the Post-doctoral Program:

Research fellows (with an MD or PhD degree) willing to commit for a two-year supervised research training, including two tracks: clinical research and basic sciences research    

Objectives

The aim of these two programs is to support research fellows and research assistants/coordinators at AUBMC in developing research skills and competencies that allow them to advance their research career.
