“Faculty members applying for external funding are required to channel their proposal, through the [grants.aub.edu.lb]AUB online transmittal form, to administrators (Department Chairperson, Research Committee Chairperson, Dean, OGC Director and Provost) for review and approval before they externally submit to sponsors.  The Office of Grants and Contracts is responsible for verifying the call and eligibility criteria, reviewing the final proposal application, due diligence, and the official submission of application to funding agencies. In planning the external proposal submission, please consider the internal review process and allow time for completion.”
