Blood pressure and Multi-wire Myographs

Blood pressure Myograph is a device used to investigate the functional and intrinsic responses of small arteries (diameter >60 μm) to pharmacological and physiological stimuli under different transmural pressures.

Multiwire Myograph is a device that examines the functional responses (muscle contraction) and vascular reactivity (dose response studies) of isolated small (around 50 μm in diameter; resistance arteries) and large blood vessels. Blood vessels from different transgenic models can be investigated in a variety of pathological disease states.
