The Rafic Hariri School of Nursing at AUB depends on the generosity of its alumni and friends to maintain its position as a leading school in the region and internationally.
More than one hundred years ago the American University of Beirut School of Nursing opened its doors. It was the first nursing school in the Middle East. Its mission has always been to promote the highest educational standards of excellence, integrity and professionalism in the art and science of nursing. Both BSN and MSN programs are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education in the USA making AUB SON the first school outside the US territories to receive such a prestigious accreditation.
Donations to SON are among the best investments one can make for the future. They will ensure a sound nursing education for many qualified students who choose this profession but cannot afford the financial burdens. It will also ensure that AUB School of Nursing continues for another hundred years to provide excellence in nursing education.
Contributions to the Rafic Hariri School of Nursing can be made through the Office of Development at AUB https://give.aub.edu.lb/
They can be specified as follows:
1. SON Undergraduate scholarships 2. SON Graduate scholarships
For major contributions, such as endowed funds or naming opportunities, and for more information, please contact the AUB Development Office.
We appreciate your support.
