Another milestone for the Hariri School of Nursing is Mrs. Rachele Bejjani, who defended her PhD dissertation titled Parkinson Disease Patient and Caregiver Quality of Life: A Dyadic Analysis. She gave an excellent presentation as described by the committee. Many thanks to her committee chaired by Dr. Laila Farhood, Dr. Hala Darwish, Associate Professor AUB-on leave, and committee members, Dr. Samer Tabbal, Department of Neurology, Penn State University, Dr. Souha Fares, Associate Professor at the Hariri School of Nursing AUB, Dr. Karen Lyons, Professor ,William F. Connell School of Nursing, Boston College, Dr. Laura Struble, School of Nursing, University of Michigan.

Congratulations dear Rachele!

Rachele gave an excellent scientific presentation to a local and international committee of nursing scientists and a global audience.

The Hariri School of Nursing continues to graduate top notch students in its Bachelors, Masters, and now PhD programs. Dr. Bejjani’s defense marks another milestone in the history of the Hariri School of Nursing as the third PhD student to graduate from this program.

The HSON I/Dean and faculty wish Dr. Bejjani a great start for a prosperous academic career and looks forward to seeing all our PhD students follow suit."
