Find the room in every schedule.

Upload a course schedule and choose the days, search hours, and slot duration that fit your event.

Get the data: Download the report from Argos Academic Reporting and choose one of the following:
1. Academic-Faculties → Students-Info → Student Course Schedule (course-level detail)
2. Academic-Faculties → Students-Info → Student Course Schedule – Population (aggregated population view)
If you don’t have access to Argos, please request access first. Alternatively, you can upload your own Excel file following that format.
Upload: Select or drag the file into the tool.
Filter (optional): If needed, filter by Class, Major, or Level in Excel before uploading.
Set parameters: Choose the days, time window, and slot duration.
Run: Click "Find the best times" for the top slots, heatmap, and full results.
Review and export: Compare the top results and the weekly heatmap, and copy, download as CSV, or print the results for distribution.
