Summary​

Decades of activism led the cause of the missing and forcibly disappeared to reach a turning point when parliament passed Law 105 in 2018. Yet, to actualize the contents of the law and to activate an effective National Commission of Inquiry, much has to be done at the legal, political, and social levels.
