Youth in Marginalized Settings in Lebanon: Lebanese Poverty Pockets, Palestinian Camps, and Syrian Gatherings

The AUB Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs (IFI) in partnership with the Lebanese Association for Educational Studies (LAES) is launching a series of webinars based on the LAES research study titled “Youth in Marginalized Settings in Lebanon: Lebanese Poverty Pockets, Palestinian Camps, and Syrian Gatherings​”.​

The webinars will present and discuss the findings of a three-year study (2018-2021) conducted by LAES under the supervision of Dr. Adnan ElAmine on youth in marginalized areas in Lebanon. The sessions will deal with six aspects of youth life: Educational, professional, familial, social, identity, and future. There will be a seventh and final session that will tackle youth policies.​
