Safe Reporting (English)

N.B. All reported incidents will be treated with utmost confidentiality.

Handling of Reported Violations

The University Auditor shall address all reported issues, and appropriate corrective action will be recommended, if warranted. The University Auditor will protect the identity of the person making the report to the extent possible, consistent with reasonable investigation and relevant laws and policies in effect at the time of the alleged misconduct. The University Auditor will notify the sender and acknowledge receipt of the report within reasonable period of time. It will not be possible to acknowledge receipt of an anonymously submitted report.
