  Founded in 1866, the American University of Beirut is a teaching-centered research university based on the American liberal arts model of higher education. AUB has over 8,000 students and 800 faculty members. The University encourages freedom of thought and expression and seeks to graduate men and women committed to creative and critical thinking, lifelong learning, personal integrity, civic responsibility, and leadership.

It is critical that you take the privacy of your account very seriously to protect your data from being stolen.

Tips for you

Make your password as complex and as hard to guess as possible to avoid chances of getting phished. Use upper and lower case letters, numbers, symbols; or a combination of words with uppercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
Use a different and unique password for each of your mail and social media accounts. This will decrease the probability of all your accounts getting phished.
