K2P Policy Fellowship Program

The K2P Policy Fellowship Program is established at two levels:

In-house K2P Policy Fellowship Program:

The K2P Fellowship Program is dedicated to policymakers, researchers, practitioners, and other stakeholders who can serve as change agents and champions of evidence-informed decision-making and action in their home organizations. Individuals from Lebanon, the Eastern Mediterranean Region, or the international community can apply to the K2P Fellowship Program.

The program also serves as a 'train the trainer' program, targeting 1-2 senior profiles and leaders nominated by each peer mentee institution enrolled into the broader K2P mentorship program

A key starting point is the identification of a policy-relevant topic or issue that the Fellow would like to address as part of the Policy Fellowship program.

Program duration

The program begins with an intensive 5-day on-site training at K2P Center followed by three months of offsite coaching and mentoring to develop and implement a policy-relevant project of the Fellow's choice.
