  Founded in 1866, the American University of Beirut is a teaching-centered research university based on the American liberal arts model of higher education. AUB has over 8,000 students and 800 faculty members. K2P Press Tracing

K2P Press Tracing encompasses all health-related stories and issues reported in seven Lebanese and regional newspapers: Annahar, Al Akhbar, Al Hayat, Al Joumhouria, Al Mustaqbal, Al Sharq Al Awsat, and The Daily Star. Scoring these articles, this process of press tracing allows the assessment of evidence based and health journalism on a monthly basis and including 4 parts.

Part one provides details on the type of evidence used in health-related articles.

Part two underlines the assessment criteria used by K2P for scoring articles.

Part three highlights the regional distribution of identified articles.

Part four provides subscribers with investigative, news events and advocacy articles from selected newspapers.
